With spring finally arriving and warmer weather returning, it feels like a great time to get out, meet new people, and have a thoughtful conversation.

Join us for a relaxed Mingle Meetup inspired by Michael Smerconish’s national initiative to bring people together for respectful discussion across viewpoints. Whether you’re a regular listener or simply interested in good conversation, you’re welcome.

This will be an informal two-hour drop-in gathering — come when you can, stay as long as you like. Grab a drink or something to eat, introduce yourself, and join the discussion.

Some possible conversation starters:
• How did you discover the Smerconish show or the Mingle Project?
• What issues are most important to you right now?
• With Virginia voters heading toward an April 21 constitutional amendment vote on congressional redistricting, what questions or perspectives do you have about it?

Our goal is simple: civil, curious conversation among people from different backgrounds and viewpoints.

Hardywood West Creek has plenty of space, parking, and great food and drink options, and their upstairs area may give us room to gather comfortably.
