Location: Long Bridge Park, Arlington, VA (East end of the NE Soccer Field)

What to Expect:

  • Our host will guide you through a series of high-energy exercises that combine bursts of intense activity with short periods of rest.
  • Variety and fun: From bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and burpees to cardio intervals like sprints and jumping jacks, get ready for a diverse and challenging workout that will keep you engaged from start to finish.
  • Community vibes: Sweat it out alongside fellow fitness enthusiasts and supportive individuals who share your commitment to health and wellness. Our HIIT event fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
  • Post-workout activities: After you've crushed your workout goals, replenish your energy with your favorite Mojito drink or whatever you feel is the 2nd best drink, just a short walk in Crystal City. (Optional)
