July 4th Picnic & Fireworks

Let's get together for a picnic and watch fireworks in DC this July 4th!
The fireworks begin at 9:09 pm and are launched from the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

Parking:

Parking note:
When you arrive on time, you'll find plenty of free parking spaces. To make it easier for you to leave later, please consider how and where you park. For instance, reversing out of your parking spot can be challenging when everyone is trying to leave at once, so we suggest parking with your car's tail facing in for a smoother exit.

Things to bring:
Feel free to bring your chair, picnic blanket, drinks and snacks, and any outdoor games you want to play.

Restroom situation:
The park will have plenty of portable restrooms available for this event.
