### The Instructor
Cristine Andia is a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga instructor with a trauma-sensitive approach, as well as an energetic and emotional therapist. Her classes focus on creating a safe, welcoming environment where participants can move mindfully and connect with themselves at their own pace.
Whether you're looking to unwind, stretch, recharge, or simply enjoy time outdoors, this session offers a wonderful opportunity to nurture both body and mind.
