IMPORTANT: Before joining the group, please make sure to read all the information and rules.
This is not a volleyball group, but FUTVOLEY not allowed to use arms/hands.
⚽🦵🏼 FUTEVOLEI INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS ONLY
- INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS MEANS:
1.1) Be able to serve
1.2) Be able to receive the serve
1.3) Play three touches on each side in a controlled way
1.4) Pass it back to the other net side
*** ⚠️ If you are not intermediate yet and/or never played FUTEVOLEI before, and you'd like to learn or improve it. Contact us so we can indicate to you some training sections. So in the future you can be part of our group to have some FUTEVOLEI ⚽🦵🏼 fun.
- FORMAT
2.1) Always 2x2 (futevôlei)
2.2) Convos/Events will be open for 6 people per net (*in some cases we may add more than 6, but the reason will be explained in the event description. Reason could be to also have a "Redinha" small net to warm up, or to play "Autinha" while you are waiting our turn to play.
2.3) 18-point matches (*except during winter and very cold days 🥶)
- NEW MEMBERS
3.1) Should join 1 day for free, so the level can be evaluated and also to decide if you'd like to stay playing with us or not.
3.2) If approved, you should bring the ONE-TIME PAYMENT, 20€*, on the next match. This will guarantee the free pass for the meetup events. The 20€ goes toward equipment and expenses.
3.3) If NOT approved, you will be contacted by the Admin to inform you about that. In that case you can training a bit more and try it later on again. (We recommend a second try after 2/3 months of training so you can improve to get the required level).
3.4) DON'T BE SAD or DISAPPOINTED if you get "NO LEVEL'' yet to participate. EVERYONE IS WELCOME to the group, you will just need to train a little more before trying again later on and if you get the level, you will be supper welcome to join for the events.
3.5) The LEVEL SELECTION is to maintain the LEVEL CONSISTENCY between the players and make sure to KEEP the participants MOTIVATED.
3.6) FRIENDS INVITES
3.6.1) You can invite anyone, that you consider to have the INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, to participate. The person must become a member, confirm the attendance (RSVP) for the event and follow all the rules. *This to avoid having people that have attended the meetup waiting to play, due to people that were not in the attendance list. So please make sure to come to the event only if you are in the attended list.
3.7) TRAVELERS | HOLIDAY | VISITORS*
3.7.1) If you are in Barcelona FOR HOLIDAYS/VISITING, and has the INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, you are SUPER WELCOME TO JOIN the group and play, in that case, you DON'T NEED TO PAY the ONE-TIME PAYMENT. Just confirm the attendance (RSVP) for the event you'd like to participate in and inform us the period you will stay in Barcelona, so we can update it in your profile.
3.7.1) *This is NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE RECURRENT TRAVELERS/VISITORS, if you come frequestelly to Barcelona, will be considered as a standard member and will have to pay the ONE-TIME PAYMENT.
4) ONE-TIME PAYMENT, 20€*
4.1) One-time Payment, 20€*, is for a lifetime membership! *Until this meetup group is alive.
4.2) *Tournaments and Training are not included in the One-time Payment. In case of Tournament and Training events, the cost will be published in the event.
4.3) *In case of an extra payment needed in the future, we will let all participants know in advance.
4.4) This ONE-TIME PAYMENT is used to:
4.4.1) Keep the MeetUp application group live.
4.4.2) Buy new equipment and renew the existing ones.
4.4.3) To guarantee the quality of equipment we are using to have this fun.
- ATTENDANCE
5.1) CANCELLATION
5.1.1) If you have confirmed your attendance (RSVP), but you can't come, please CANCEL at least 3 hour PRIOR, so a member in the WAITING LIST can be advised in order to replace you.
5.1.2) Cancellation with less than 3h will be considered a NO SHOW.
5.2) NO SHOW
5.2.1) In case any member confirms the attendance (RSVP) and doesn't attend two times on a sunny day, this member will be banned from this group for 1 year and will not be able to participate in new events within that 1 year period.
5.3) CONDITIONS
5.3.1) Normally we set up a meetup with a maximum of six (6) people per net. In this case if only four (4) or five (5) people sign up, the meetup will happen. *So as long as four (4) people sign up to the event we are able to play!
5.3.2) Even if we have a full attendance list, please ADD YOURSELF to the WAITING LIST in case you want to attend, because if we have +/- 6 people in the Waiting List we will try to BRING MORE NETs and OPEN NEW SPOTS on the same event.
6) ⚠️ DELAYS
6.1) Be on time. Be respectful with your friends. Don't make them wait for you.
6.2) In case the same person is more than 15 minutes late in 3 meetups, that person will be banned for one (1) month if we have people on the waiting list.
