Calling all scrapbooking / junk journal enthusiasts: Let's make some journal pages to kick off 2026!!
Where: Onalu Bagel Haus (a lot of benches outside with lotsa space for us)
When: Sat, 3 Jan 2026, 4pm till 5.30-6pm
What is junk journaling?
It's a fun activity where you basically use "junk" to create meaningful and creative pages in a journal, similar to scrapbooking. "Junk" can range from receipts and product labels to marketing brochures, old magazines, newspapers, books, etc. You can also use stickers, art prints, or anything you like! Some people like to use photographs and mementos to document special memories. It'll be the perfect time to create New Year-themed journal pages if you like!
What you should bring
I'll be bringing some of my own "junk", as well as 1-2 extra scissors, glue, washi tapes and colour pencils that we can share. Please feel free to bring your own "junk"! And of course, you also need a journal. Beginners and experts alike are welcome.
This event is totally free, but please bring some of your own items to paste in your journal as I may not have enough/suitable items to suit your creative style.
