Sista’s Who Love to Walk

We will meet in front of the community center at Lenora Park beginning our walk going towards/around the baseball field. Our group will dress in red as a symbol of heart health. We will walk for 45 min to 1 hour beginning promptly at 2pm. Come out and join us for refreshment & destressing of our bodies.

We will meet in front of the community center at the pond. We will do 1 lap around the pond and then proceed to the 1.7 mile trail. You can choose to do 1 or 2 laps as a group. Our group will dress in red as a symbol of heart health. We will walk for 45 min to 1 hour beginning promptly at 2pm. Come out and join us for refreshment & to promote good health In our bodies.
