Details
Come practice Chen-style Taijiquan, a traditional Chinese martial art that harmonizes movement and stillness.
In this class, you’ll not only learn how to perform the movements but also how to feel the internal spiraling energy, known as Silk Reeling (Chan Si Jin) — the hallmark of Chen Taiji.
The class is beginner-friendly, with modifications for all levels.
In addition to learning the form, we also explore the martial applications and Neigong (internal training) to deepen your understanding and connection to the art.
