This groups purpose is to help people make lifestyle changes by eating clean, and making healthy transitions into a vegetarian, plant-based or Vegan lifestyle. The people who are joining are between the ages of 20 and up, I'll be educating them on
plant-based eating, clean eating and eliminating processed foods and sugar, also the many different vegan restaurants in the Atlanta area where you can eat at. This group is for people who are interested in making lifestyle changes, eating clean, transitioning into plant-based ,vegetarian,or vegan lifestyle.
