Step into a festive wonderland at the Fairmont Olympic, where twinkling lights and our iconic Christmas tree set the stage for an unforgettable Nutcracker Afternoon Tea at The George - A cherished tradition during the most magical time of year.

Savor piping hot teas with festive flavors, perfectly paired with seasonal savories such as Lobster Salad, Olivier Egg Salad, Prime Rib, and Butternut Squash Blinis. Then, delight in decadent sweets including Apple Choux, Madeleines, and Red Velvet Cake. This year, in celebration of our 101th Anniversary, each guest will enjoy a custom holiday tea blend take home gift.
