Does The Spiritual Realm Exist?

There is a place spiritual people will refer to as the “spiritual realm”. What is this place and does it exist? This is a very abstract and mysterious idea, but comes with heavy implications if true. Ideally people who can attend this event can range from those who believe, those who do not believe, and exploring how we can understand the reality of this realm if it does exist.

There are practices like Astral Projection, Outer Body Experiences and Near Death Experiences. Can we verify that these practices are real and not in people’s imaginations?

Is it dangerous to explore the spiritual realm? Are we flirting with demons or other evil entities by dabbling in these practices?
