Welcome to the group!
I’m starting this group to make sure we’re actually ready for the trail when Sunday rolls around. The goal is to combine weekly physical prep with a great hike at the end of the week.
How it works:
- Weekday Accountability: From Monday to Friday, we’ll all stay on top of our stretching and prep work individually. We’ll use this space to check in and keep each other accountable so our bodies are ready.
- Sunday Hikes: We meet every Sunday to hike. We’ll have different groups for different levels (Easy, Moderate, and Hard), so you can choose the challenge that fits your progress.
- Why? Stretching makes the hike easier and prevents injuries. We’re here to make sure nobody skips the hard work during the week!
