The Aquarium of the Pacific's First Wednesdays lecture series focuses on animals, nature, and conservation efforts.

Sea turtles are among the world’s most popular and charismatic species with the Eastern Pacific green sea turtle making a surprising comeback off the So Cal coast. Join us on a 2 hour lecture presented by Cassandra Davis as she traces their incredible journey from nesting beaches in Mexico to the San Gabriel River and San Diego Bay highlighting conservation successes that have helped them return and thrive.

This presentation with Q&A will take place in the Aquarium’s Honda Pacific Visions Theater. Following the talk, guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with music, crafts, Paint-a-Fish and a cash bar available in the Pacific Visions Art Gallery.

This program is recommended for adults of all ages. Reservations are required. Ticket is only $5. First Wednesdays often sells out so get your tickets ASAP!
