Puppy kisses and playful wishes! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this puppy yoga class is designed for everyone to enjoy and have fun. You’ll experience some puppy playtime and a relaxing yoga session while adorable puppies bring snuggles.
For those looking for a little more of a challenge, puppy pilates will offer some core and sculpting sequences while testing your focus as puppies fill the room with love and playful energy.
Minimum $40.00 donation. Proceeds benefit I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue to help rescue, rehabilitate, and care for voiceless and homeless dogs in need.
In addition to your RSVP, you must register through Yoga Sol Studio using one of the following links to reserve your spot in the 1-hour session of your choice or both.
