We’ll be sharing these delectable home-cooked favorites that represent a sample of what we eat with our family and friends back home. No menu will be repeated.

1. Salt Baked Chicken
This signature Hakka dish features a spectacularly moist, mildly smoky, and flavourful chicken with all the moisture, juices, and wonderful essence from the chicken itself.
2. Chye Poh / Preserved Radish Tofu
Chye Poh bits make an excellent sweet/savoury topping for the deep-fried tofu, which is crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Garnish with blanched Chye Sim and oyster sauce mix; this is a great side dish to our Salt Baked Chicken.
3. Cereal Prawns
Cereal Prawn Rice is a spicy, sweet, and savory fried prawn dish that gets its crunch from toasted the toasted cereal bits and umani salted egg yolk sauce.
Jasmine rice and refreshing floral tea will be served.
