Lair O the Bear park

Let's hike at Lair O the Bear Park! We will be strolling up Bear Creek Trail to Panorama Point!

We will depart promptly at 7:45am (to beat the parking lot filling up). Ideally, arrive by 7:30am to ensure parking.
The rally point is at the park map!

The hike to Panorama Point is rated as "moderate" on all trails, and has a decent amount of forest shade covering the trail.
The hike will start flat and follows a creek for the first few miles - gradually inclining as we go.
Out and back will be approx. 5 - 6mi (round trip).

Fun fact - Panorama point overlooks Mt. Blue Sky formerly Mt. Evans for the old timers

Please bring decent shoes, a snack, sunscreen and water!
