Sober Gatherings

This walk is designed for LGBTQ+ people and allies who want to go deeper. No substances, no pressure, no performance. Just movement, fresh air, and powerful questions to sit with as you walk.

The first hour takes us through the trees, following the path. The second hour brings us back to where we started, making a full circle.
Somewhere in between, something usually shifts.

Reflection questions are shared at the beginning. We walk in pairs and answer these questions to each other. There's no right answer. You don't have to share anything if you don't want to.

This is for you if: You're tired of socializing that stays on the surface. You want to be around queer people in a way that feels grounded. You're curious about your own inner world. You want community without the substances.

What to bring: Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate layers, and your presence.

Depending on the group’s needs, we might grab something to eat/drink after the walk at a nearby location.

Feel free to invite someone who might enjoy this conscious walk.
