Join Sober Supper Club for a group dinner at Siti, a Michelin Guide-recognized modern Southeast Asian restaurant tucked inside the Frances Modern Inn on East 11th Street.
Chef Laila Bazahm draws on her roots in the Philippines and years cooking in Singapore to create bold, soulful dishes meant to be shared. From house-made spice pastes to char-grilled meats and seafood, every plate is rooted in tradition and crafted with care. Expect dishes inspired by the hawker stalls of Singapore, the home kitchens of the Philippines, and the vibrant flavors of Thailand and Malaysia — elevated with modern technique and incredible ingredients.
Highlighted by Eater Austin as a "modern marvel" of Asian street food, Siti pays homage to the women of Southeast Asia — the grandmothers, mothers, and aunties whose cooking traditions are at the heart of everything on the menu. The space itself evokes Asian colonial style, with wooden shutters, lush garden views, and warm, intimate lighting.

We're excited to feature The Pathfinder as our drink partner for this dinner — a hemp-based non-alcoholic spirit with pioneering complexity and character. Distilled from hemp and layered with a blend of botanicals including wormwood, angelica root, saffron, ginger, sage, orange peel, and wild-crafted Douglas fir, it delivers an earthy, bittersweet bite that is both crisp and warm.
