Unglo combines Thai-style grilling and hot pot (moo krata), where guests cook premium meats, seafood, and vegetables directly at their table over a built-in grill surrounded by simmering broth. The restaurant focuses on bold Thai flavors, high-quality ingredients, and shared plates designed for groups — blending a stylish, upscale setting with lively, casual energy.

Our beverage partner St. Buena Vida is a New York–based premium non-alcoholic wine brand that produces dealcoholized sparkling wines made from organic European grapes. Crafted using traditional winemaking methods and gently stripped of alcohol using advanced aroma-capture technology, their wines deliver a clean, crisp, and balanced experience — with notes of fruit, citrus, and minerality — designed to feel as close as possible to traditional wine while containing less than 0.5% alcohol.
