Join some other sober curious women for an amazing breakfast and some authentic chatter about everything sobriety.
🌟 Welcome to the Tribe! 🌟
Hey lovely people – whether you’re new here or have been following for a while, I wanted to say a BIG hello and give you a warm, slightly awkward sober hug! 🤗 This is your space to laugh, share, and navigate this wild journey of sobriety together. 💬✨
For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Victoria Vanstone – an ex-prosecco guzzler turned sober cheerleader, author, and podcaster. 🎙 I created this community and the Sober Awkward Podcast to normalise sobriety, bust myths about booze-free life, and add a bit of humour to the sometimes clunky but oh-so-rewarding process of going alcohol-free. 🍋
If you’re not already tuning in, the Sober Awkward Podcast is where we dive into all the highs, lows, and “oh-my-god-what-do-I-say-now?” moments of sobriety. Whether it’s tackling sober parenting, navigating social situations, or finding joy in awkwardness, we’ve got you covered – all with a good laugh along the way. 🎧💬
Here’s what’s coming up:
✨ Exciting Podcast Episodes: Think sober dating, surviving mum guilt, and embracing your new self.
✨ Cuppa Catch-Ups: Watch out for live chats where we can connect and swap tips – tea or coffee optional but recommended. ☕️
✨ Book Alert! My new memoir, Mumming, drops on 29 April 2025 (just in time for Mother’s Day). It’s all about the chaos of parenting, served with honesty, humour, and a side of unconditional love. 🍼💛
This space is for YOU – whether you’re just starting out or years into your sober journey. Let’s celebrate the wins, laugh through the awkward moments, and show the world that sober isn’t boring – it’s bold, brave, and totally brilliant. 💪✨
So grab your cuppa and make yourself at home – welcome to the gang! 🧡
See you there! At Mudjimba park near the kids park on the seafront. Every first Sunday of the Month. Please bring a plate to share.
