❋ Októberben folytatjuk a brunchokat! Ezúttal a Dugattyúsban. Az óra egy kezdőbarát, dinamikus Vinyasa Flow stílusú gyakorlás lesz, amely a légzés tudatosítására és a testi érzetek megfigyelésére fókuszál.
Az órát Dorka vezeti, a gyakorlás után pedig választhatsz egy gofrit a Dugattyús menüjéből, és mellé egy pohár 0,0%-os pezsgőt kortyolhatsz a tanárral és a többi jógázóval együtt.❋ Helyszín: Dugattyús Budapest, Margit körút 15–17, 1024

❋ This october we keep brunching! this time in Dugattyus. The class will be a beginner-friendly dynamic Vinyasa Flow-style practice, with a focus on breathing awareness and observing body sensations.
The class is led by Dorka, and afterwards you can choose a gofri from Dugattyus menu and have it with a glass of sparkling wine 0,0% while enjoying with the teacher and other yogis.❋ Location: Dugattyus Budapest, Margit körút 15-17, 1024
