Sober Plans is a community based in Madrid for people who want to go out, meet people and have fun without alcohol or drugs.

Maybe you’re wondering what socialising might feel like without them. Maybe you’re taking a break, trying to cut down, sober curious, sober by choice, or in recovery.

Whatever brings you here, Sober Plans is a place to meet sober people, make friends and have plans with people who get it.

Our events take place in different settings, from completely alcohol-free spaces to social environments where alcohol may be around. Every event has a Sober Level, so you know what kind of environment you’re walking into.

You don’t have to choose between being yourself and having friends.

Sober Plans es una comunidad basada en Madrid para gente que quiere salir, conocer gente y pasarlo bien sin alcohol ni drogas.

Quizá te preguntas cómo sería socializar sin ellos. Quizá estás tomándote un descanso, intentando beber menos, tienes curiosidad por una vida más sobria, has elegido ser sober o estás en recuperación.

Sea cual sea tu motivo, Sober Plans es un lugar para conocer gente sober, hacer amigos y hacer planes con personas que lo entienden.

Nuestros eventos tienen lugar en ambientes diferentes, desde espacios completamente sin alcohol hasta entornos sociales donde puede haber alcohol alrededor. Cada evento tiene un Sober Level, para que sepas qué tipo de ambiente te vas a encontrar.
