There are a million AI tools out there and everybody's got an opinion on which ones you need. Most of that advice doesn't help if you're actually running a business. I'll walk through what's working right now, what's not worth your time, and how to think about where AI actually fits into what you're doing. I've built two businesses with AI tools without being a developer, so I'll share what worked, what didn't, and the stuff I wish someone had told me before I wasted time on it.
