### COASTAL SUMMER

Step aboard a beautifully preserved 1938 wooden yacht and one of San Diego’s most iconic historic vessels, for a coastal fashion shoot set right in the heart of the harbor.
Coastal Summer: The Nautical Edit blends sunny San Diego energy with a refined, high-fashion approach—think rich teak wood, signature teal seating, and layers of sailboats and water surrounding us.
We’ll be docked in the marina (not sailing), giving us a stable, relaxed environment to focus on creating strong, editorial images while still capturing that dreamy on-the-water feel.
The styling will follow a cohesive nautical palette of navy, cream, and white, with wardrobe centered around structured blazers, classic stripes, and minimal coastal pieces. The overall vibe is effortless but elevated—clean, confident, and fashion-forward.
Throughout the shoot, we’ll use the natural elements of the yacht—railings, ropes, textures, and light—to create dynamic, visually striking images with a mix of movement, structure, and strong posing.
With a small group of photographers and just three models or so, this will be a collaborative and easygoing experience where you’ll have space to get creative and walk away with a beautiful, cohesive set of images.
If you’re drawn to sunshine, coastal style, and a high-fashion edge, this is going to be such a fun one.

## 📸 Details

Arrival & Flow
Photographers who RSVP simply need to arrive at 5:30 PM.
Everything will be taken care of for you — permits, wardrobe, models, and makeup artists.
This is a portfolio-building meetup, not a formal workshop. You’re welcome to ask questions, observe, and learn from fellow photographers throughout the shoot. All experience levels are welcome.
Shooting Style

• Bring your cameras, lenses, and any small, portable lighting you’d like
• This is a meetup-style shoot — everyone shoots together in a natural flow
• Expect a mix of brief one-on-one moments and shared shooting time
• Space is limited, so please RSVP early

Collaboration Etiquette

• There are no group rotations
• You’re free to shoot with anyone and are not required to shoot every model
• Most of the time, multiple photographers will be shooting the same model
• Please be friendly, respectful, and courteous to everyone involved

Important Guidelines

• Do not touch models without asking
• Always ask before adjusting pose, wardrobe, or hair
• No generators or cords that could cause tripping hazards

• The model list will be posted in the comments prior to the shoot
• After the event, I’ll update the comments with makeup and hair credits for easy tagging

### Midnight in Marrakech

– Photoshoot Experience
Step into a world of lantern-lit ambiance, velvet shadows, and opulent detail. This shoot is inspired by the rich, moody atmosphere of a Moroccan night—where glowing lanterns, deep jewel tones, and intricate textures create a setting that feels both cinematic and timeless.
We’ll be shooting inside a stunning, dimly lit restaurant environment filled with warm, low lantern light, carved wood, lush greenery, and layered textiles. Think editorial meets destination luxury—like a high fashion campaign set in the heart of Marrakech after dark.
Models will be styled in bold, statement looks, from designer @temptressarmory with metallics, embellishments, and dramatic silhouettes that catch the light beautifully. This is a perfect opportunity to capture:

• Rich, low-light editorial imagery
• Dramatic contrast and shadows
• Intimate, storytelling moments
• High fashion posing in a unique environment

Expect a mix of seated and standing poses, using the environment—plush couches, detailed tables, and ornate surroundings—to create depth and variety in your shots.
This shoot is all about mood, atmosphere, and storytelling—lean into the shadows, play with light, and capture something that feels transportive and elevated.
