We're taking it to the skies — literally. Join us on a rooftop overlooking the LA skyline as we bring the City of Angels to life in full editorial glory. Think Victoria’s Secret Angels meets Poolside Collection sparkle. Stunning models. Diamond-dripped swimsuits. Wings. Sunset. And a whole lot of glam.

PARKING: THIS IS SKID ROW. please lock those car doors and do not leave anything of value in them. There is street parking or there’s also a lot 2 blks away for 10$ If you need to find the location call the owner of the studio/rooftop Jerry (310) 717-7995

The shoot is on June 29th from 5:00pm to 7:45pm (SUNDAY) we all need to be off the property by 8pm!

We do not do rotations at these meetups. We go, we flow, we shoot, we share! Please be courteous and good with sharing the models!

Photographers who RSVP will just need to show up at 5:00pm SHARP. please take into consideration time for traffic and parking. I will have everything taken care of for you. The permits, wardrobe, models and makeup artists! You may bring your lights but try to bring smaller portable lights. No generators and no cords that might trip people, please!

While this shoot is for portfolio building and not a workshop learning experience, Feel free to ask your host if you have any questions, or you can learn from your fellow photographers by watching them!

*** RULES***

You must upload your best edited photos in high res (within 2 to 3 weeks) to the yogile link provided! This is the easiest way to have the entire creative team get their photos.
When you sign up with yogile, make sure you put your name and instagram handle on there so the models and creative team will know which photographer took which photo. If you don't put your name it will show up as unknown photographer and you may not get credited so definitely put your name in there! You might have to go into settings to do this.

• TAGGING: Please tag all people involved in the photos on any social media! After the shoot I will update the info in the comment section with who did whos makeup and hair so that will make it easier for you to tag everyone! Please remember to tag the model, makeup artist, hair stylist, designer and @socalfashionphotoshoots
• Your collaborators will be able to use your photos for their own purposes, whether posting on their website or building their modeling portfolio and for social media

-Please provide your own model releases if you must have them. Models have the right to refuse to sign anything.

• This meetup is free-form — no groups or rotations!
  I like to keep things relaxed and creative, so photographers are free to shoot with whoever inspires them. You're not required to work with every model, and you're never assigned to anyone.

-Please be friendly and courteous! While there will most likely be enough models to do one on ones just also expect to shoot the models with multiple photographers at once

• Do not touch the models before asking. No grabbing them or placing them where you want them. Ask them if it is ok to place them where you want them before doing so.

I book a 1 to 2 photographers per model ratio! I overbook because I know there are flakes! I always try to have back up models and replace the models that bail on us. I, unfortunately, can not do anything about the models that bail at the last second or are no call/no shows but I do everything I can to have at least 1 model for every 2 photographers! usually, it's an even better ratio than that!
