### 📸 TIKI ROYALE – A Tropical Fashion Escape

Date: Saturday, June 29th
Location: Huntington Beach area
Shoot Time: 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM
We must be out by 8:00 PM – we’ll begin packing up at 7:45 PM

We’ll be shooting at an amazing, totally tiki-themed home filled with vintage furniture, glowing lanterns, velvet artwork, and bamboo bar setups — it's bold, colorful, and full of character.

### ✅ WHAT TO EXPECT

Photographers who RSVP just need to show up at 5:30 PM
everything else is taken care of for you!
✔️ Location and permit secured
✔️ Models styled in tropical fashion
✔️ A creative environment to build your editorial portfolio
✔️ Feel free to submit your work to KAVYAR for magazine ediitorials
You’re welcome to bring portable lights, with smaller modifyers, but please no generators or power cords that could create tripping hazards.
This is a portfolio-building shoot (not a workshop), but as always, feel free to ask questions or observe other photographers.
Your collaborators (models/designers/MUAs) will be able to use your edited prints or high-res files for their own portfolios and promotional use.

• TAGGING: Please tag all people involved in the photos on any social media! After the shoot I will update the info in the comment section with who did whos makeup and hair so that will make it easier for you to tag everyone! Please remember to tag the model, makeup artist, hair stylist, designer and @socalfashionphotoshoots
• Your collaborators will be able to use your photos for their own purposes, whether posting on their website or building their modeling portfolio and for social media

• This meetup is free-form — no groups or rotations!

I like to keep things relaxed and creative, so photographers are free to shoot with whoever inspires them. You're not required to work with every model, and you're never assigned to anyone.
Shoot what speaks to you ✨

-Please be friendly and courteous! While there will most likely be enough models to do one on ones just also expect to shoot the models with multiple photographers at once

• Do not touch the models before asking. No grabbing them or placing them where you want them. Ask them if it is ok to place them where you want them before doing so.

I book 2 photographers per 1 model ratio. I always overbook slightly because flakes happen — and I do my best to have backup models ready.
That said, no-call/no-shows can still occur, but I work hard to maintain a solid ratio (and most times, it’s even better than 2:1!).

### 🚫 REFUND POLICY

No refunds. Meetups are like concerts — if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to sell your spot to someone on the waitlist via the comments.
