Step into a surreal desert art garden where metal trees bloom with glass bottles and vintage fashion meets Route 66 grit. This editorial styled shoot will feature richly textured vintage garments by celebrity stylist Hannah Be of Retrospect Vintage Fashions (@retrospect_vintage_fashion), set against the iconic landscape of Bottle Tree Ranch.
Expect bold styling, striking desert light, and a fashion-forward atmosphere perfect for creating unique editorial images.

# How This Meetup Works

This meetup is free-form — there are no rotations or assigned groups.
We go, we flow, we shoot, we share! Please be courteous and respectful when sharing the models.
You're free to shoot whoever inspires you, and you're not required to work with every model.

# Arrival Information

Photographers who RSVP should arrive at 3:00 PM.
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking so we can begin shooting on schedule.
Wardrobe, models, and makeup artists will all be arranged in advance so you can focus on shooting and creating.

# Lighting

You are welcome to bring your own lighting if you wish.
Please keep lighting setups portable and compact. Battery-powered lights and small modifiers are recommended.
For safety and practicality, generators and extension cords are not permitted, as they can create tripping hazards.

# Location Information

Bottle Tree Ranch: 24266 National Trails Hwy, Oro Grande, CA 92368
Bottle Tree Ranch is an outdoor art installation and iconic Route 66 location that has historically welcomed photographers and visitors. We have photographed there previously and had a positive experience.
Occasionally locations may change access policies, so as a precaution I always prepare backup locations nearby to ensure the shoot runs smoothly regardless of circumstances.

While this shoot is for portfolio building and not a workshop, feel free to ask your host questions or learn from fellow photographers by observing how others work.
Whether you're an experienced fashion photographer or just starting out, all skill levels are welcome.

### Photo Upload Requirement

You must upload your best edited high-resolution images within 2–3 weeks to the Yogile link provided.
This allows the entire creative team to access the photos easily.

When signing up for Yogile, please make sure your name and Instagram handle are listed so the creative team knows who took each photo.
Otherwise the images may appear under "unknown photographer", which may prevent proper credit.

# Additional Guidelines

• Please provide your own model releases if required. Models may decline signing releases.
• Please be friendly and courteous to everyone attending.
• Multiple photographers may shoot with a model at the same time.
• Always ask before touching or directing a model physically.

Photographer Fee: $150
(Meetup platform fees may apply.)

# Photographer / Model Ratio

I aim for a 2 photographer per model ratio.
While I do everything possible to keep the ratio balanced, last-minute model cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.

# Refund Policy

No refunds.
Meetups function similar to concerts or events. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to sell your spot to another photographer.

### Waitlist

If the meetup is full and you would still like to attend, please add your name to the waitlist in the comment section.
If a photographer cancels their spot, I will refer them to the waitlist so they can contact the next person in line about taking the spot.

# Important Reminder

Photographers who do not upload their images to the Yogile gallery will not be able to RSVP for future meetups.
Uploading images is essential so the entire creative team can access the photos.
