Recovery @ ISPA

ISPA in Irvine is one of the largest SPAs I have ever been to. It is 30$ for 6 hours and has 5 different CO-ED sauna rooms as-well as gender specific sections with their own saunas and hot/cold pools. They also have a built in Korean cafe where food is available for purchase. This is by far one of the best values when doing fitness/wellness recovery!
