Lynda McDaniel began her writing career in the North Carolina mountains. With a background that includes hundreds of magazine articles and 15 nonfiction books, Lynda’s love for the region inspired her to create the eight-book (and counting) Appalachian Mountain Mysteries series. She writes to pay homage to the people of Appalachia who taught her so much about life and values.
