Let's face it, buying cash flow properties in Southern California is nearly impossible without a ridiculous down payment that squashed your return on investment.
This month we are going to talk about how to wisely purchase and operate properties that actually cash flow in the Southeastern part of the US.
In the past two weeks, I've spent 3 days in Chattanooga, Tennessee and then another 3 days in Huntsville, Alabama. Both are great cities to invest in and have different strengths. They're also only about 2 hours drive apart from each other - so your annual or so trips to visit your properties won't be so difficult.
