Some events are easy to set up, . . . others take some work. And all events are a work in progress with details.
In this case, . . . the event has been a big balance. Changes were made due to logistics and of course it upset some, while being welcome by others.
So we will be making 2 screenings at two locations at the SAME time. THIS RSVP is for event is for the location listed above.
In an effort to balance the needs (or wants) of most, with the limitations of venue, . . Here are the final changes.
So there is a NEW time sched:
7:00 PM Doors: Arrival and mingle (earlier the better)
8:00 PM to 9 PM Screening
9:00/9:30 AFTERPARTY in GOT Immersive Environment produced by Damn Good ShinDig at Adults Only
OR
9:00/9:30 Beetle House (upstairs from The Study)
OR
9 PM onward in The Study
Open till 2
So HERE is what will be happening. Our "Screening" event will be at The Study at 8PM
From there starting at 9 PM there are options. Go to Adults via Uber or whatever an spend all eve in GOT Paradise

What does this mean? It means we will get MORE space at The Study. So I can remove some of the wait-list pain and suffering.
It also means if you only want the GOT afterparty, . . . go to Adults Only at 9 9:30PM
Is also means if you only want to get into BeetleHouse, come to The Study at 9 9:30
It means if you want the group GOT screening: It's on at 8 at The Study. Be there at 7 PM
I will be at the door. Only those RSVP'd will be allowed in. This is not a a "just show up" event.
