ALN EPIC Book Club: Jurassic Park and The Lost World (Old Town)

For our 2025 EPIC Book Club, we will be reading Michael Crichton's "Jurassic Park" and "The Lost World!"

We will be hosting this event IN PERSON, outdoors, at Presidio Park in Old Town! Attendees must be vaccinated; vaccination cards WILL be checked. In addition, we recommend (but do not require) that attendees wear masks and maintain social distance.

We typically meet at the picnic tables in the shade at the end of the loop made by Cosoy Way. Please see the embedded map below for more details.

Synopsis: Look, let's just be real here. You know what "Jurassic Park" is about. Dinosaur cloning is dangerous and bad, and a lot of people die horribly and get eaten by velociraptors. And you can probably guess that in "The Lost World," dinosaur cloning is still dangerous and bad, and a new cast of characters dies horribly and gets eaten by velociraptors.
