Foodie Nerds Go to Taste of Hunan (Scripps Ranch)

Don't have any plans over the Fourth of July weekend and want to try out a new cuisine? Join me at Taste of Hunan to try out some Hunan food! For those unfamiliar, Hunan is one of the major types of Chinese cuisine and has an emphasis on spicy and sour flavors and deep colors. Popular dishes at Taste of Hunan include smashed eggplant with century egg, steamed fish, and sizzling cumin lamb.
