Jamil built his name in wholesaling as the founder of KeyGlee and Astroflipping, and now teaches investors how to structure co-living deals that don't just drive stronger cash flow and appraisals, they also create genuinely better, more affordable housing for the people living in them. Boris and Amanda started from nothing (literally moving their family into a 300-square-foot ADU) and built a portfolio of licensed RCFEs built around dignity and quality care, and now mentor over 100 students on how to open and operate senior care facilities of their own.
