How do you know how to evaluate your Meetup Group's Performance?

This event is going to use Carnegie Community Design Principles to share a live evaluation of a Meetup group so you can learn how to check and adjust behaviors to turbo-charge your Meetup Group!!!

We are going to use 3 online tools with a Meetup Organizer to find out how to set goals, test assumptions and tweak performance of your Meetup Group!!!

2. Interaction Map
3. Logic Model

We will be combining both our SoCaMO group and our FB Group... So we are timing this for Pacific, Central and East coast. Stop by when you can!

After we look at what might be going on with their community we will be as always have time for our Panel of Experts!
