Turf pitch, I will bring balls, cones, training jerseys, but bring your own ball too if you like. We’ll mostly be doing small-sided games, conditioned as necessary (e.g. one touch) depending on what we’re focusing on. Absolutely no sprints except as part of a small-sided game! (all the research suggests that all necessary sprinting endurance training can be done through intensive small sided games). I will be there regardless of the numbers coming, so if only one person comes, you get a free one-to-one coaching session working on whatever your training need is :)
