### GAME FORMAT

• 3 teams of 3 players rotating every 6 minutes, regardless of the score (everyone gets to play!).
• Games are half-court, 3v3 format.
• Call your own fouls and respect each other’s calls.
• NO aggressive play — safety first.
• NO custom team stacking — rotation ensures everyone gets equal playing time.

### VENUE & EQUIPMENT

This is an indoor venue with state-of-the-art courts. Basketball shoes or clean sneakers are required for safety.
We will ask all players to please fill out the following waiver for liability purposes:

✅ Once completed, please screenshot the QR confirmation code which will be checked on site. Scanning your QR code is required every time you enter the facility.

### PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

• Payment system: Bond Sports
• We recommend players arrive 5–10 minutes early to maximize the full 90 minutes of play.

### WAITLIST POLICY

• Join the waitlist on the website, input payment info, and if a slot opens up you’ll be registered automatically.
• Walk-ins: You can come onsite and join if a spot is available or if someone is late by 10 minutes or more. Onsite waitlist follows a first come, first serve basis.

### CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CREDITS

• No Shows: No refund or credit will be issued.
• Late Drops: Any drop after the cutoff (1h before evening/night sessions, before 12AM for morning sessions) will result in a ban and no refund/credit.
• Lateness: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your spot opens to the waitlist. No refund, but a credit may be given.
• Regular Drop: Drops made before the cutoff are eligible for a credit (contact Carlos Ortega on the app).
• Refunds: Only applied if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
