🏓 PICKLEBALL SESSION FORMAT
• 1 court, 3 teams of doubles rotating every game regardless of the score (everyone plays!)
• Open play format – no fixed teams
• Players call their own faults and respect each other’s calls
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times
🚫 NO CUSTOM TEAM MAKING
📍 This is an indoor venue with high-quality courts.
Court shoes or sneakers only – player safety is our priority.
📄 WAIVER REQUIRED
All players must complete our waiver before playing:

Payment system: Bond Sports
We recommend players arrive 5–10 minutes early to maximize play time.
WAITLIST:
Join the waitlist through the website by entering your payment info.
If a spot opens, you’ll be added automatically.
You can also show up on site:
• If a spot is available
• Or if a player is 10+ minutes late
(On-site waitlist is first come, first served)

Please update your status:
• At least 1 hour prior for evening/night sessions

💳 REFUNDS & GAME CREDITS
No Shows:
• No refund or credit
Late Drops:
• Subject to ban + no refund or credit
Lateness:
• 15+ minutes late = spot released
• No refund, but credit may be issued
Regular Drop:
• Eligible for game credit (contact Carlos Ortega on the app)
Refunds:
• Only issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled
