Are you a social impact consultant? Do you wish you had a group of values-aligned peers that you could talk honestly about your struggles with, build trust around, and even share work with? Would you like to do that in a loosely facilitated space where we help each other look deeply into the problems we’re facing, often revealing them in a new light?

The San Francisco Bay Area Social Enterprise Alliance cordially invites you to join the Transformative Consultants Affinity Group, a community of purpose-driven consultants supporting each other through the challenges we face in our work and businesses. Using a peer advising protocol inspired by the Adaptive Leadership framework, each month we will come together to build community, do a progressively deeper dive into the challenges and opportunities presented by participants, and brainstorm concrete actions we can take to overcome them. And in-between sessions, we have a dedicated Slack channel to continue our conversations #affinity-consultants.

Meet once a month on 4th Friday from 12-1:30pm PT

Mutual Aid Model

Donations of $20 per consultant are requested to support the main facilitator, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. 10% of your donations will go to SEA SF Bay Area for assisting with the logistics and promotion of this gathering, as well as for maintaining our Slack community.

To support collective leadership, this affinity group uses rotating facilitation so that each month’s gathering will be led by someone else, who will also benefit from that month’s financial contributions. Please keep that in mind when considering your own donation!
