Newlands Corner, Clandon & Merrow Downs- 5.5 miles circular walk

Join our friendly group for some fresh air, exercise and good company to start your Sunday with a smile!

This is a circular walk starting at Newlands Corner, along part of the North Downs Way including fine woodlands paths, good views of hillsides, pastures and valley and some lesser-known paths of over Merrow Downs.

I've chosen this walk for February as it promises to be less muddy than most in the Winter.
We'll take a midway break to take in the views and I usually bring a yummy snack to share. There are facilities to use at Newlands Corner start and finish point.

Meeting at Newlands Corner Car free park, postcode GU4 8SE, or What3Words driven.stews.cheese*,* for prompt 10am start.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for countryside, hills and changeable weather.

You'll need to bring sufficient water for hydration and/or flask of hot drink and snacks if you prefer something different from mine.
We'll be expecting to finish the walk at around 1pm.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety at all times.

Please pay in advance by PayPal, to reserve your place. As refunds cannot be given (unless in the unlikely the event in cancelled) a credit will be given against a future walk only if you let me know of your change of plans before the RSVP cut off 6pm the day before the walk.
