We will meet un the carpark at Bunnings Wallsend and ride through Maryland and ajoining suburbs stopping for coffee at Fletcher shopping centre.

This is a regular bike ride around Newcastle/Lake Macquarie. We are exploring local bike rides.

We tailor the rides to the abilities of the riders. . If I haven't ridden with you before, I will contact you about your cycling abilities. If you can't manage the ride at a reasonable pace, you must be prepared to make your own arrangement to get home.

You will need to provide your own bicycle and helmet. A water bottle and a windproof jacket for when we stop for coffee are also recommended.
