Yoga at Marine Gardens Waterloo

Join me for a fun fitness style yoga session at Marine Gardens in Waterloo, followed by coffee, food and socialising at the Marina!

I'm a qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years experience. All levels are welcome to join, no matter your fitness ability or flexibility. Yoga is a very diverse, inclusive and individual practice and modifications will be available for those at beginner level.

• **The yoga session will last 60 minutes. After the session we can head over to the bistro on the marina, or the cafe and grab coffee and cake!
• Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, a towel will be sufficient, however you will get better quality practice on a mat. Home and bargains sell them cheaply.
• Bring water. This is essential, it's important to stay hydrated.
• Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, gym type sport gear is perfectly fine.
• Bring sun cream
• My teaching style incorporates aspects of relaxation, cardio, strengthening and flexibility however all postures in yoga are an invitation only and modifications will be available for those at beginner level and new to yoga.
• If you practise yoga regularly and have equipment such as yoga blocks, straps etc feel free to bring them for your use.
• I will cancel in the event of wet weather
• I’m doing this non profit, but will just ask for a small donation of £5 minimum to go towards teaching expenses.

• **We will meet inside the gardens for between 12:00 and 12:30. Enter the gardens from the gate at the end of south road by the pathway leading to the marina, follow the left path and you will see me there on the grass. We will begin for 12:30
