Power Walking in the Park

Join me in an effort to get the fitness levels up while getting early (ish) sunlight and nature into your day. Meet new people, make new friends in the process.
The aim: walk fast! Get the heart rate up.
We can grab a coffee on Lark Lane afterwards for whoever fancies it.
Disclaimer: I'm not sure this would be classified as actual "power walking". It just makes for a nice title! If there are actual Power walkers out there who do join, maybe you can show us what that technically looks like!
Please don't be put off by the description "fast" walking. If a good number attend, then it's like that different subsets of the group will find a pace together.
Please plan ahead with appropriate clothing, footwear, hydration, waterproofs if thought needed.
