This ongoing peer support meeting offers a compassionate, grounded space for adults who are struggling without enough support—including those navigating social anxiety, Complex-PTSD, loneliness, or the effects of narcissistic or emotionally neglectful relationships.
Many people come here carrying pain that was never met with understanding. This group exists because no one is meant to face that alone.

You may identify strongly with one of these experiences, several of them, or just the feeling that something important has been missing.

You don’t need to “fit” a label to belong here.
What this group offers:

  • a supportive circle where emotional reactions are treated as human, not pathological
  • space to name what you’ve been carrying—silently or aloud
  • gentle grounding or reflection exercises
  • optional discussion, writing, or guided prompts drawn from lived experience and psychological insight
  • a pace that respects nervous systems shaped by trauma, anxiety, or invisibility

Sharing is always optional. Listening counts as participation.
This group may be especially helpful if you:

  • feel anxious or unseen in groups
  • have learned to minimize your needs or emotions
  • were expected to “handle things” without support
  • want connection without pressure, fixing, or judgment

This is not therapy, and there is no expectation to disclose personal details, though it is hosted by someone with that wisdom.

Each meeting stands on its own—you can attend once or return when it feels right.

The group is facilitated by someone who brings both lived experience and professional insight—and who understands what happens when people are asked to endure without compassion.

You are welcome exactly as you are.
