Healing Together: Social Anxiety, Attachment, and Inner Compassion
This ongoing peer support meeting offers a safe, welcoming space for adults navigating social anxiety, Complex-PTSD, loneliness, or the effects of narcissistic or emotionally neglectful relationships.
Each meeting includes:

  • gentle grounding or reflection exercises
  • discussion of themes related to trauma, attachment, and self-compassion
  • optional tools drawn from psychology, lived experience, and peer support

Some meetings may include short videos, guided reflection, or writing prompts.
Sharing is always optional. Listening counts as participation.
This group is especially supportive for people who:

  • feel invisible or anxious in groups
  • struggle with self-doubt or fear of being a burden
  • want to better understand their patterns without being judged

You don’t need to attend every meeting for this to be helpful.
Each session stands on its own.
