Do you have social anxiety? Me too!
I made this group to help people like us get support and share our struggles. I try to keep meetings under one hour so that everyone gets time to recharge from the meeting, since I know meeting and talking to new people can be intimidating. During these meetups, you will get the opportunity to talk through any issues you're having related to social anxiety.
Being around an understanding group of people suffering through the same thing can help you feel less lonely and improve your mental health. That's my goal in creating this group.
