Social Anxiety Recovery Community - FACING FEAR OF PEOPLE, TOGETHER. Meet twice a month with others who know just how you feel. Sharing our stories sparks learning and growth toward confidence and peace of mind. Join us for group sessions facilitated by an experienced PhD psychologist. No cost to join. 7-8:30pm. Alternating Tuesday nights -- check the rotation by the last event scheduled. Meetings alternate every two weeks between online and in-person formats -- come to both, or just to either format that works best for you. (Attendance at the in-person encouraged so as to make best gains possible.)
