Fresno SA Support and Planning Meet

Hey there! This is the gathering of a local area social anxiety support and events group. The focus of these meetings is to provide general support and discussion with like minded individuals, and exercise some small amount of planning and group business where appropriate. Meetings conclude with discussion on a followup social event to be scheduled in the next 2 weeks.

I am not a professional and this is a peer led casual support group for folks familiar with SA, GAD, and similar to gather, connect, and discuss their experiences. Our hope is to create a space where people can explore and lean into exposure in a helpful and safe way, with options to participate in social outings of interest as they get comfortable.
