- šŖ Festival of Giant Kites - Social Butterfly Club š¦SĆ¼dkreuz, Berlin
Look up and be amazed: octopuses with legs stretching for meters, colorful geckos, and even giant superheroes like Mario, Batman, and Superman will take to the skies at Berlinās 9th Giant Kite Festival at Tempfelhofer Field. Professional kite pilots from across Europe will showcase their unique creations ā some up to 50 meters long ā alongside impressive stunt kite demonstrations.
We meet at S SĆ¼dkreuz at 2pm and walk to the Tempelhof Field from there. Please note that this is a walking meetup and you will not be able to join us if you are late.
The organization of this meetup is donation-based. We recommend giving 5-8ā¬.
