Kite Flying on Drachenberg

Let’s spend a relaxed Saturday afternoon flying kites on Drachenberg!
Drachenberg offers plenty of open space, a great view over Berlin and hopefully enough wind to get our kites into the air.
I will bring two stunt kites: a smaller one that is easier to handle and a larger, more powerful one. You are very welcome to join even if you don’t own a kite. We can take turns, and I can show beginners how to get started.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own kite.
Meeting point: On top of Drachenberg, near the main open area where people usually fly their kites. I will post a more precise location in the event chat if necessary.
Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours
Please bring:
– Comfortable shoes
– Something to drink
– Sun protection
– Your own kite, if you have one
– A small snack or blanket if you would like to relax between flights
Since kite flying depends heavily on the weather and wind conditions, I will post an update on Saturday morning if the event needs to be postponed.
